Thailand in November

This is a good time of the year to travel to Thailand and visit Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and northern Thailand, as the region enjoys sunny, and predominantly dry days with pleasant temperatures are conducive to outdoor activities, although it should be noted that night temperatures in the north can be a little cold.

Central Thailand also experiences favorable weather conditions, making November a good month for sightseeing in and around Kanchanaburi.

For beach lovers, the islands of Koh Chang and Koh Kood are the best bet of the bunch in November, with very little rain and an average temperature in the region of 28°C. Hua Hin and Cha Am can also enjoy plenty of sunshine and minimal rainfall this month.

Further south, Koh Samui, Koh Tao and Koh Phangan are in the midst of the rainy season, so they are best avoided in favor of Phuket, Khao Lak and Krabi in the west of the peninsula.
